Bringing Industrial Robotics to Life with Private 5G & AI: NASSCOM Future Forge 2026 Wrap-Up

Event Overview

At NASSCOM Future Forge 2026, Niral Networks, in collaboration with FANUC India Pvt Ltd, demonstrated how the convergence of Private 5G and Artificial Intelligence is redefining the landscape of industrial automation.

Through a live, operational setup on Day 1 of the summit, attendees experienced firsthand how high-performance, low-latency private networks seamlessly transition complex industrial machinery from legacy wired infrastructure to agile, wireless Industry 4.0 environments.

The Highlight: Live FANUC Robotic Arm Powered by NiralOS

Traditional industrial robotic arms rely heavily on fixed LAN cabling, which limits shop-floor mobility, complicates reconfigurations, and increases maintenance overhead.

At our joint showcase, we featured a live FANUC robotic arm integrated with a 5G Customer Premises Equipment (CPE) and driven directly by NiralOS Private 5G. This setup validated how wireless connectivity delivers the reliability, speed, and deterministic performance required for mission-critical factory operations.

What We Demonstrated Live

  • Wireless Transformation: Converted a traditional, LAN-based FANUC robotic arm into a fully wireless asset using a 5G CPE.
  • Real-Time Monitoring: Enabled live operational visibility and remote diagnostics with minimal latency.
  • Flexible Shop-Floor Layouts: Eliminated wired constraints, making robot deployment and shop-floor reconfiguration faster and easier.
  • Smart Factory Connectivity: Delivered enterprise-grade security and reliable performance tailored for connected manufacturing.

Event Impact & Key Takeaways

Across both days of the event, our live demo sparked meaningful discussions with enterprise leaders, automation experts, technology innovators, and ecosystem partners. The setup gave attendees a hands-on look at how NiralOS Private 5G bridges the gap between traditional machinery and next-generation, AI-driven factory floors.

Thank you to everyone who visited our booth, shared insights, and explored the future of connected robotics with us.
