Pegatron 5G and Niral Networks Announce Partnership to Accelerate Private 5G and Edge Deployments for Enterprises
Collaboration combines Pegatron 5G’s O-RAN, devices and server platforms with Niral’s 5G Core and Edge software to fast-track industry-grade Private 5G networks across manufacturing, logistics, energy, mining and critical infrastructure.

Pegatron 5G, a leading provider of 5G radio, server and subscriber device platforms, and Niral Networks, an India-headquartered provider of 5G Core and Edge cloud software, today announced a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to collaborate on end-to-end Private 5G solutions for enterprises and industry verticals. Under this alliance, the companies will jointly address Private 5G opportunities in India and abroad, leveraging complementary strengths in 5G access hardware, subscriber devices, core network software, edge computing and use-case integration.
The partnership is designed to solve a key challenge in Private 5G deployments: seamless integration between radio access, devices, 5G core and edge applications tailored to specific industry environments. Pegatron 5G contributes its portfolio of 5G All-in-One and O-RAN 7.2 radios for indoor and outdoor deployments, x86-based server platforms such as the PG5210 for 5G applications, and a wide range of 5G CPEs, cameras and dongles. Niral Networks brings its NiralOS 5G Core, NiralOS Edge Cloud (MEC) and NiralOS Controller, along with deep system integration expertise to deliver production-ready Private 5G networks for critical industrial use cases.
A recent innovation center deployment showcased the speed and effectiveness of the collaboration, where Niral Networks integrated the Pegatron 5G’s PS1400 All-in-One Radio Unit with Niral’s 5G Core and Edge software to meet stringent demo requirements of a leading global consulting firm. This implementation underlined how rapid, high-quality proof-of-concept (PoC) deployments build enterprise confidence and accelerate the transition from pilots to real-world production use cases across plants, yards, terminals and other mission-critical environments.

Private 5G is emerging as a key enabler for sectors such as manufacturing, ports and airports, energy and utilities, mining and national security, where ultra-reliable, low-latency and secure wireless connectivity is essential for automation, real-time analytics and mission-critical operations. The Pegatron 5G–Niral partnership aims to deliver integrated, field-proven solutions for these verticals, with Niral acting as the technology integrator responsible for end-to-end architecture, integration of 5G RAN, 5G CPE devices and applications, and lifecycle support.

The companies see 2026 as a pivotal year for scaled PoCs across at least five key industry verticals, both in India and in “India-plus-one” geographies, creating a reference base for broader rollouts from 2027 onwards. The collaboration is expected to catalyse wider Private 5G adoption by expanding the ecosystem of players beyond traditional telecom operators, bringing together radio, devices, core software, edge platforms and integration under a cohesive solution approach.
Under the MoU, Pegatron 5G and Niral Networks will jointly pursue non-exclusive business opportunities, co-develop solutions tailored to customer requirements, and engage in co-branding and marketing initiatives to promote their combined Private 5G offerings. The companies will also periodically review progress toward defined milestones, including the number of 5G contracts and deployments across their target regions.
